Hermanus Schmidt in the Hennie Joubert piano competition 2024

Hermanus Schmidt has been selected to compete for the Hennie Joubert Gold medal and a chance to perform with the Cape Town Philharmonic Orchestra in the final round on 6 April. Eleven contestants have been selected.
The solo rounds will be held at the Endler Hall, Stellenbosch on 1 and 2 April — entry is free. The final round will be held on 6 April, when the five finalists will perform with the CTPO in the Endler Hall. Tickets available on Webtickets.
